INDIVIDUAL THERAPY for children, youth, and young adults

Individual therapy offers a personalized space to explore your experiences, build emotional well-being, and work toward meaningful change. In my practice, therapy is not a one-size-fits-all process—each session is tailored to your unique goals, and pace through modalities that fit your current needs.

Together, we’ll collaborate to create a treatment plan that reflects what feels most important to you. Your voice, preferences, and lived experiences guide our work. Whether you’re seeking support for stress, anxiety, trauma, relationship challenges, or personal growth, I focus on creating a safe, supportive environment where you feel heard, respected, and empowered.

My goal is to walk alongside families as we build insight, strengthen coping skills, and foster lasting change—always honoring autonomy and partnering with you as you write your own narrative.

family therapy

Family therapy for young children focuses on strengthening the parent–child relationship and creating a supportive foundation for healthy emotional development.

Young children often express their feelings through play, movement, or behaviors rather than words, so our work involves learning how to interpret these cues and respond in ways that promote connection and security.

This collaborative, relationship-centered approach ensures that parents feel supported, empowered, and deeply involved in the therapeutic process. By working as a team, we help young children feel understood, safe, and connected—laying the groundwork for emotional resilience and healthy development as they grow.

Why I focus on children, youth, and young adults

My practice is intentionally dedicated to supporting children, adolescents, and young adults because these are the stages of life where support can create the greatest long-term impact. Early experiences shape how young people understand themselves, relate to others, and navigate the world. With the right guidance, tools, and emotional support, they can build resilience, develop healthy coping skills, and create strong foundations for their future well-being.

parent coaching

Parent coaching offers individualized support for caregivers seeking guidance, clarity, and effective strategies to help their child thrive. These sessions focus on understanding your child’s behavior, strengthening communication, and identifying patterns that may be contributing to stress at home or school.

Together, we explore practical, relationship-based approaches that align with your family’s values and your child’s developmental needs. Parent consultation can be especially helpful when navigating big transitions, behavioral concerns, or emotional challenges. The goal is to help you feel more confident, supported, and equipped with tools you can use long after therapy ends.
